One long coach trip...

Our France group trip featured one very magical day that started and ended with a very long coach trip!

Our day started at 5:00 in the morning when we got on the coach to begin our journey. After stopping for breakfast on the way we continued our journey up to Paris. The driver took the scenic route giving us distant but beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. As we drove further into the Paris hustle and bustle the bus began to burn. We were so hot and just hoping that the Disneyland gate would appear around the next corner. Well luck wasn't on our side and after getting jammed in some busy Paris traffic we arrived at Disneyland at 10:30 and got into the main area of the park by 11:00. Other than our quick stop we had been traveling for just under six hours but the site of Sleeping Beauty's castle as we strolled down Main Street was so worth it!

Last time I visited Disneyland was roughly 10 years ago so the park had changed a bit and evolved (Your never too old for Disney!) Since then I've become a much bigger roller-coaster fan so as you could predict we headed straight for Space Mountain . The Disneyland Paris Space Mountain is the fasted in the world so we were prepared for an adventure and an adventure it was! However, it wasn't my favorite ride (I'll tell you about that one later)

For the next few hours we went from ride to ride: The Carousel, It's a Small World, Dumbo The Flying Elephant, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast and the Mad Hatter's Tea Cups. Occasionally stopping for a snack (Chocolate Waffles!) and lunch.

We were exhausted by the time we went shopping! But guess what? Despite the fact that we were really tired we still headed of to do one more ride. Indiana Jones! The perfect end to a perfect trip, and then we got back on the bus. For another long coach trip...
